Job summary

Job description

We are looking for production workers who can perform well both independently and as part of a team. In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

• Assembling components for doors and window frames, and operating production machinery
• Inspecting the quality of materials and finished products
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while contributing to process improvements

You have experience in production work and feel confident operating tools and machinery.

• You enjoy hands-on, physical work and have a basic technical skill set.
• You are familiar with working with hand and power tools.
• A category B driving license is preferred (we provide company transport).
• You can communicate in English at a B1/B2 level.
• EU citizenship is required for this position.

• Gross salary of €14,40 per hour;
• Resulting in a salary approximately between €460 and €480 netto per week based on a 40 hour working-week;
• A contract based on 40-hours with long-term intentions
• Possibility for working extra hours for extra income;
• Salary payments in accordance with Dutch laws and regulations.
• Building up your pension from the first day of work;
• You accumulate 20 vacation days with a full year of full-time work;
• 8.33% holiday allowance per year - paid in May.
