Job summary

Kuiper Recruitment is seeking a Production Lead in the Tholen region for an international metalworking manufacturer. You will supervise a team of about 15, leading on the shop floor to ensure safe, efficient and on-time production.

The role combines hands-on leadership with driving Lean improvements and coaching your colleagues. Dutch language proficiency and good English are required, with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience as Production Lead, Team Leader or Senior Operator.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Good command of Dutch and basic English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of ~15 production employees.
• Work hands-on within the production process.
• Monitor production planning, quality, safety and progress.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Training, coaching and developing team members.
• Coordinate with other departments for an efficient production process.
• Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working environment.
