Job summary

NTS Eindhoven is seeking a Production Engineer within Advanced Analytics to ensure a reliable and stable production process. You will deliver high-quality products within customer specs while continuously improving efficiency, stability, and quality of the process.

You will collaborate with an NP I and production engineering team and work closely with project managers, manufacturing, quality, and supplier quality engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level HBO-equivalent in mechanical engineering or similar.
• Experience in production/engineering within hightech or precision fields.
• Knowledge of Lean, 8D and root-cause analysis; Green Belt is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line production support and take immediate action on the floor.
• Propose and implement improvement initiatives to raise efficiency and quality.
• Develop and optimize tooling, e.g., 3D-printed solutions.
• Manage changes via the Change Control Board (CCB).
• Analyze and solve problems using 8D and root-cause analysis with mitigations.
