Job summary

NTS Eindhoven is seeking a Production Engineer to ensure a reliable, stable production process within Advanced Analytics. You deliver high-quality products to customer specs efficiently, while continuously improving efficiency, stability and quality of the process.

You will collaborate with NPIs, production, quality and supplier quality engineers, translating technical issues into practical solutions and managing changes with the Change Control Board.

Qualifications

• HBO level education in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial automation, or a similar technical field.
• Several years of experience in production or engineering, preferably in high-tech or precision engineering.
• Knowledge of process improvement and problem analysis, e.g. Lean and 8D with root-cause analysis; Green Belt is a plus.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with ability to switch between shop floor and technical alignment with customers and suppliers.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

• Propose and implement improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, stability and quality.
• Develop and optimize tooling, including 3D-printed solutions.

You ensure that we deliver a high-quality product within customer specifications in the most efficient way possible, and continuously work on improving the efficiency, stability, and quality of that process. You are part of a close-knit team of NPI and production engineers and work closely with project leaders, manufacturing, quality, and supplier quality engineers. Under the leadership of the manager manufacturing engineering, you collaborate daily with colleagues to solve production issues and advance the process. Additionally, you are a key link in the technical alignment with customers and suppliers.
