Job summary

NTS Eindhoven is seeking a Production Manager to lead the assembly within Advanced Analytics, driving output and quality in a high-tech, cleanroom-enabled environment. You will translate production strategy into concrete floor goals and manage a 30–50 person team via team leaders, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with engineering, sales, quality, and procurement while reporting to the BU manager.

Qualifications

A completed technical HBO education in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or industrial automation.
Demonstrable leadership experience in production or assembly (30–50 employees).
Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
Experience in high-tech or precision engineering production environments.
Affinity with assembling complex products in mechanics, mechatronics, and electronics; cleanroom exposure.

Responsibilities

Organize daily assembly production and translate strategy into clear goals for team leaders.
Manage KPIs, identify deviations early, and drive targets and delivery times.
Monitor staffing and maintain medium-term personnel planning.
Improve lead time, efficiency, ergonomics, and output inside and outside the cleanroom.
Coordinate with engineering, sales, quality and procurement and align with the other BU Advanced Systems.
Provide management reports and analyze ERP data for forecasting and adjustments.
Coach and develop team leaders and assemblers; conduct performance appraisals.
