Job summary

Cencora is seeking a warehouse support professional to join our global team. You will monitor temperature-sensitive materials, update inventory records, and ensure accurate shipment documentation to support efficient, compliant operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and up to 2 years in warehousing, with CSCP preferred. Candidates should be able to follow procedures and maintain precise records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support or related field required.
• CSCP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock movement, and material traceability.
• Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling for sensitive materials.
• Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices.
• Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing.
• Knowledge in safe material handling practices and equipment use.
• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.
• Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.
• Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.
• Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.
• Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.
• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.
• Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.
• Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.
• Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.
