Qualifications

• Certification/licensure in pharmacist or pharmacy technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes established pharmacy workflows to meet accuracy, safety, and turnaround objectives within documented parameters.
• Applies policies, validation checks, and documentation standards to maintain audit-ready records and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinates handoffs with pharmacists, technicians, and adjacent teams; provides status updates and flags risks with proposed next steps.
• Investigates and resolves straightforward operational issues using standard tools and precedents; escalates exceptions with context and recommended options.
• Reconciles data and inventory records using standard systems and reports; validates totals and corrects discrepancies within control thresholds.
• Maintains knowledge of privacy, security, quality, and safety requirements; reflects current standards in daily work.
• Shares knowledge with peers and supports onboarding of new team members where appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmacy support and operations or a closely related pharmacy services environment, or a related field required.
• Certification in pharmacist, pharmacy professional, or pharmacy technician licensure, or equivalent preferred.
