Job summary

Cencora is hiring a Warehouse Employee to help ensure a smooth flow of goods in our European distribution network. You will handle incoming and outgoing orders, pick items, check expiry data and batch numbers, and restock stock while following GDP and safety procedures.

You’ll work as part of a dynamic team in a dynamic warehouse environment, contributing to quality, safety and efficiency. Development opportunities and a real impact on patient health are offered.

Responsibilities

• Check and process incoming and outgoing orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Pick orders according to plan, checking expiry dates and batch numbers.
• Restock stock to correct locations, considering expiry data.
• Work according to GDP guidelines and internal quality procedures.
• Identify and report deviations or quality issues.
• Perform tasks according to established work instructions.
• Be versatile in the warehouse and take on different tasks.
• Actively participate in trainings and continuous development in your role.

Als Warehouse Medewerker ben jij samen met je team verantwoordelijk voor een soepel verloop van de goederenstroom in het magazijn. Je zorgt ervoor dat inkomende en uitgaande goederen correct worden verwerkt en op tijd klaarstaan voor transport. Je werkt volgens strikte kwaliteitsrichtlijnen (GDP) om de productintegriteit en patiëntveiligheid te waarborgen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Controleren en verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande orders op volledigheid en juistheid
• Verzamelen (picken) van orders volgens planning, inclusief controle op vervaldata en batchnummers
• Aanvullen van voorraad op de juiste locaties, rekening houdend met houdbaarheidsdata
• Werken volgens GDP-richtlijnen (Good Distribution Practice) en interne kwaliteitsprocedures
• Signaleren en rapporteren van afwijkingen of kwaliteitsissues
• Uitvoeren van werkzaamheden volgens vastgestelde werkinstructies
• Breed inzetbaar zijn binnen het warehouse en verschillende taken oppakken
• Actief deelnemen aan trainingen en je blijven ontwikkelen binnen jouw functie
