Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Technician Level 2 for our European Alliance Healthcare operations. You will maintain and troubleshoot automated warehouse and production lines, including robotics and conveyors, acting as the first escalation point for technical issues.

Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance and fault finding in a technical or production environment.
• Experience with automated systems or logistics installations is a strong plus.
• Ability to work with suppliers and perform technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first escalation point for machine and system faults.
• Analyze and solve technical problems, with supplier support if needed.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance with external parties.
• Identify and report potential faults to prevent downtime.
• Continuously improve and optimize systems and performance.
• Follow quality guidelines to protect product integrity and patient safety.
• Keep technical knowledge up to date and develop skills.

Samenvatting van de functie: Als Technician Level 2 ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de optimalisatie en het oplossen van storingen binnen onze geautomatiseerde warehouse- en productiesystemen. Je werkt in een technisch complexe omgeving met onder andere robotics, conveyor systemen en apotheekproductielijnen. Je bent het eerste escalatiepunt bij technische storingen en speelt een sleutelrol in het waarborgen van continuïteit, kwaliteit en patiëntveiligheid.

• Fungeren als 1e escalatiepunt bij machine- en systeemstoringen
• Analyseren en oplossen van technische problemen, eventueel met ondersteuning van leveranciers
• Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud
• Coördineren en plannen van onderhoud met externe partijen
• Signaleren en melden van (dreigende) storingen
• Continu verbeteren en optimaliseren van systemen en prestaties
• Werken volgens kwaliteitsrichtlijnen en procedures om productintegriteit en patiëntveiligheid te waarborgen
• Actief bijhouden en ontwikkelen van technische kennis en vaardigheden

Je werkt met onder andere:

• A-frame systemen
• Shuttle- en voorraadrobots
• Central Filling apotheekproductielijnen
• Conveyor- en transportsystemen
• Ontstapelaars en omsnoeringsmachines
• Pickstations .

Opleiding:

• MTS werk- en denkniveau (of vergelijkbaar)
• Aanvullende technische trainingen zijn een pré

Werkervaring:

• Ervaring met onderhoud en storingen in een technische of productieomgeving
• Ervaring met geautomatiseerde systemen of logistieke installaties is een sterke pré
• Ervaring met leverancierscontact en technische troubleshooting
• Probleemoplossend vermogen en analytisch sterk
• Goed kunnen plannen en organiseren van eigen werk
• Stressbestendig en besluitvaardig bij storingen
• Teamspeler met een proactieve werkhouding
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal

Technische kennis: Kennis van mechatronica is een belangrijke pré: Mechatronica is de synergetische integratie van werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek, computerwetenschappen en softwareontwikkeling om slimme, geautomatiseerde machines te creëren. Het vormt de basis voor robotica, autonome voertuigen en industriële automatisering en overbrugt de kloof tussen hardware en intelligentie.
