Job summary

IDS Medical Systems Philippines, Inc. is looking for a results-driven sales professional to promote medical equipment and consumables. You will manage key customer relationships, develop new accounts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

The role requires independence, travel to priority areas, and strong presentation and communication skills to win deals and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of sales experience in medical industry.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job Description

This position is responsible for providing awareness, distribution and continuous medical education of medical equipment and consumable products to all stakeholders of IDS Medical Systems Philippines, Inc.

Core Responsibilities

• Build and manage the relationship with an assigned set of customers in order to achieve the goals and objectives of sales target.
• Ensure customer positive experience.
• Develop new account relationships in the assigned territory to enhance customer penetration.
• Proactively identify opportunities/new sales lead, understand customer requirements, prepare quotation, follow up and monitor closely to win deals.
• Work closely with Product and Clinical application specialist to organize product demo and facilitate customer training.

Minimum Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Science, or equivalent.
• With at least three (2-3) years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical industry.
• Highly independent and motivated with the commitment to reach sales target.
• Knowledgeable with government biddings.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Amenable to travel around our priority areas of assignment.
• Adept in MS Office applications ie. Excel, Word.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino.
