Job summary

OPPLE is seeking a Product & Portfolio Manager to join our European team in Eindhoven. You will manage a designated product portfolio, translate market insights into product strategies, and collaborate with teams across Europe and China to leverage opportunities.

Based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, the role reports to the Head of Product & Portfolio Management, offering a full-time position in a dynamic, international company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or another relevant field.
• 1–3 years of product management experience in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full designated product portfolio, including pricing, product phase-in and phase-out, and product data management.
• Understand customer requirements and market insights and translate these into clear product requirements and priorities for new product introductions.
• Identify and support new business opportunities in close cooperation with Sales and R&D in China.
• Manage and facilitate communication between the European and Chinese teams.
• Contribute to segment and channel planning.
• Drive detailed product and market benchmarking.
• Provide product and organizational support to the wider Sales organization, with dedicated support for selected regions.
• Transfer local market and product knowledge to relevant stakeholders across the organization, including the development of training programs.

Your profile:
