Job summary

OPPLE Lighting BV in Eindhoven is seeking a Product & Portfolio Manager to own the portfolio, set pricing, and guide product lifecycle decisions. You will translate market insights into actionable product requirements and coordinate cross-cultural collaboration with our teams in Europe and China.

The role emphasizes analytical benchmarking, training initiatives, and close support to the European sales organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering, marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of product management experience in an international setting.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, Italian, Mandarin) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full designated portfolio including prices, product phasing in and out, product data management.
• Translate customer requirements and market insights into product requirements and priorities for new product introductions and new business opportunities in cooperation with sales and R&D China.
• Coordinate communication between China and Europe.
• Contribute to segment and channel plan making.
• Drive detailed benchmarking.
• Provide product and organizational support to the sales organization across regions.
• Transfer local knowledge to stakeholders and develop training programs.

• Manage the full designated portfolio including prices, product phasing in and out, product data management

• Understand customer requirements & market insights and able to translate them into product requirements, priorities for new product introductions and new business opportunities (in cooperation with sales and R&D China)

• Involve in segment and channel plan making

• Drive detailed benchmarking

• Provide product & organizational support towards the entire sales organization in general, and a few regions in detail.

Your profile:
