Job summary

Qualifications

• Опыт интеграций с корпоративными системами (ERP/HR/планирование).
• Свободное владение английским для коммуникации.

Responsibilities

• Власть над дорожной картой интеграций от начала до выпуска.
• Перевод операционных процессов клиентов в сопоставления данных и спецификации API.
• Проведение discovery-процессов самостоятельно.
• Разработка REST-API и подписок через webhook.
• Управление отношениями с поставщиками технологий.

A fast-growing B2B travel-tech platform provides enterprise solutions for global clients.

Задачи

• Own the integration roadmap end-to-end, including backlog priorities and architecture decisions
• Translate customer operational workflows into data mappings, sequencing rules, and API specifications
• Conduct discovery processes independently
• Design and specify API-first solutions, including REST patterns and webhook-based integrations
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and integrated tool suppliers
• Shape the discovery and adoption of platform capabilities through API documentation and in-product signposting
• Build the API/webhook foundation for AI-agent-ready operations
• Define and track KPIs such as onboarding time, integration deployment rate, manual workaround reduction, and data accuracy

Требования

• 3+ Years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager shipping integrations, onboarding, or platform/API products in B2B SaaS, travel tech, or fintech
• Hands-on API design experience, including reading documentation, identifying edge cases, and writing unambiguous specificationsProven track record of running customer workshops and performing data mapping independently
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems like scheduling tools, HR platforms, expense systems, or ERP/accounting software
• Demonstrated success in customer adoption and reduction of manual work
• Fluent English for communication with both technical and business audiences
• Nice to have: Background in maritime, aviation, or energy sector operations, experience with iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Informatica) or ETL concepts, exposure to agentic AI systems or LLM tool-use patterns, technical background in backend or integration engineering
