About the Role

FareHarbor is looking for an individual contributor B2B Product Manager, reporting to the Group Product Manager for the Core Pillar, to guide the vision and strategy for our integrations platform and lead our Public API product. Partnering with a dedicated team of engineers, you will advocate for an API-first mindset across the organization, scale our small but growing portfolio of client‑facing SaaS integrations, and lead key product initiatives that expand platform connectivity globally. In this strategic and tactical role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and external partners, interacting directly with enterprise clients to discover needs and solve complex technical problems. Grounded in our core value to deliver client value, you will turn technical innovation into impactful user experiences. This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact role where your work will directly unlock new enterprise growth and change how our clients run their businesses every day.

What you’ll do here:
  • Advance API & Product Strategy: Formulate and execute the roadmap for our Public API and integrations portfolio, establishing an API‑first mindset internally to advance business goals.
  • Expand Platform Connectivity: Lead the end‑to‑end strategy for building and maintaining an externally facing portfolio of B2B SaaS integrations, spanning key categories like Accounting, CRM, and POS systems.
  • Conduct Client Discovery: Engage directly with clients and partners to validate integration workflows, uncover critical software needs, and ensure product solutions solve real operational pain points.
  • Deliver High‑Impact Client Value: Analyze the software tools our clients rely on to prioritize integrations that transform client workflows, streamline onboarding, and maximize product adoption.
  • Oversee API Lifecycle & Platform Standards: Ensure our API product strategy accounts for client‑facing lifecycle standards (such as versioning policies, permissions, security, rate limiting, and error‑handling clarity) to maintain client trust and platform stability.
  • Drive Commercial Readiness & Support Enablement: Direct the creation of effective GTM collateral with Product Enablement and Product Marketing, partner with Sales and Account Management on client adoption, and ensure Technical Support is equipped to handle API‑related inquiries.
  • Define Key Metrics: Establish and evaluate clear KPIs and OKRs to measure integration usage, API reliability, and overall business impact.
  • Guide & Inspire Stakeholders: Connect client pain points to product solutions through compelling storytelling, effectively exciting both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of hands‑on product management experience with B2B SaaS products, working in close technical collaboration with engineering teams to shape product direction.
  • Demonstrated experience launching APIs from scratch and building/managing a portfolio of 3rd‑party SaaS integrations.
  • Practical experience in sizing business opportunities and converting them into high‑value platform features and processes.
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks and lead cross‑functional alignment in an evolving environment.
  • Comfortable engaging in technical discussions around API concepts and bridging the gap between engineering teams and product strategy.
  • Hands‑on familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor) to augment product management tasks and accelerate the software development lifecycle.
Bonus points:
  • Experience or background in shaping Developer Experience (DX), such as building developer portals, sandbox environments, or self‑serve API onboarding workflows.
  • Track record of successfully fostering an API‑first mindset or culture shift within an organization.
  • Experience in travel tech and/or technical product management in enterprise‑focused SaaS environments.
  • Experience crafting and presenting narrative‑driven product roadmaps to senior leadership.
