Job summary

Gazelle Global is seeking a Product Owner for a 12+ month contract in the Netherlands. You will lead two squads across Fidessa, Ullink and Horizon, translating financial markets strategy into clear roadmaps and deliverable outcomes.

The role combines product ownership, financial markets expertise and stakeholder management, with a strong focus on cash equities, equity-based structured products and front-to-back trade flows. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in Financial Markets or Treasury with ownership of change delivery.
• Strong domain knowledge of cash equities and equity-based structured products.
• Experience in front-to-back trade flows, especially execution and trade capture.
• Experience with IT delivery and DevOps teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation in English.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities:

You will lead two squads responsible for applications across the Fidessa, Ullink and Horizon landscape, translating Financial Markets strategy into clear product roadmaps and deliverable outcomes. The role combines product ownership, Financial Markets expertise and stakeholder management, with a strong focus on cash Equities, equity-based structured products and front-to-back trade flows.

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in Financial Markets and/or Treasury, with proven ownership of change delivery.
• Strong domain knowledge of cash Equities and equity-based structured products.
• Proven understanding of front-to-back trade flows, particularly execution and trade capture.
• Experience working with IT delivery and DevOps teams.
• Strong prioritisation skills and experience making trade-offs across competing demands.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills in English.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Exposure to listed derivatives, commodities or fixed income is advantageous.
• Experience in regulated environments with control-aware and audit-ready delivery is a plus.
