Job summary

Insify, a fast-growing insurtech, is looking for a Data & Analytics analyst to own product area metrics across the Netherlands, Germany, and France. You will collaborate with product, growth, analysts and data engineers to shape measurements and roadmaps by turning data into actionable insights.

You will design experiments and analyze funnels across markets, explaining changes in conversion and retention, and ensuring numbers reconcile as we expand products and countries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an analyst with ownership and impact.
• Defined metrics and KPIs independently.
• Interprets cohort, funnel, and conversion analyses.
• Able to leverage AI in daily data work, with clear outcomes.
• Familiarity with product across country markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own how a product area is measured and what success looks like.
• Design and run A/B tests and interpret results honestly.
• Track customer movement across markets; analyze conversion and retention.
• Repair measurement gaps in metric layer and analysis.
• Challenge ideas and contribute independent insights.
