We’re the team that brings ideas to life—end to end. From idea to design, development and maintenance. We focus on developer speed and autonomy, enabling engineers to ship high-quality code efficiently without unnecessary bottlenecks.

We're looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst who would work closely with Product and Insurance leaders to bring instant, tailored and affordable financial safety products to entrepreneurs.

What you will be doing

• Define and calculate KPIs for product and feature launches.
• Identify opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Answer analytical questions and analyse A/B tests.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards for metrics monitoring.
• Contribute to the data transformation code base.

What you'll need

• Excellent SQL. You can calculate any metric in a readable and efficient way.
• Dashboarding tools. We use Databricks and QuickSight, but you can have another experience.
• DBT and Git. You know how to organize your code.
• Statistics and A/B tests. You draw the right conclusions from data.
• Curiosity and growth mindset. A passion for continuous learning and self-improvement. Eagerness to explore new ideas, experiment with innovative solutions, and seek feedback to drive personal growth.
• Collaboration. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
