Job summary

Insify is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its Data & Analytics team in Amsterdam. You will own how a product area is measured, design and run A/B tests, and influence product and growth decisions across markets.

With 5+ years of experience, you will define metrics, lead cohort and funnel analyses, and steer data-driven decisions. Collaboration across teams and ownership of the metric layer are key to success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics or related field.
• Strong ownership and track record of defining product metrics and driving improvements.
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and cohort analyses.

Responsibilities

• Owning how a product area is measured and how Product and Growth decide on it.
• Designing and running A/B tests and reading them honestly.
• Following how customers move through our products across markets, conversion, drop-off and retention, and explaining why it changes.
• Fixing how we measure things when you find a gap, in the metric layer as well as in the analysis.
• Challenging our ideas and bringing your own
