Job summary

Adaptfy is seeking a Data Science Analyst with 1-3 years of experience for a full-time role in Amsterdam. You will join the Data and Analytics team to drive data-driven decisions across Growth Revenue Management, Marketing Analytics, CLM/CRM Analytics and Risk Analytics.

You will perform analyses using SQL, Python, R, SAS, SPSS, and other tools, translate findings into actionable insights, and present to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

1-3 years of professional experience in analytics or data science.
Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics).
Ability to think analytically, decompose problems, and develop data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

Perform data analysis in Growth Revenue Management, Marketing Analytics, CLM/CRM Analytics and/or Risk Analytics.
Conduct analyses using SAS, SPSS, Eviews, R, Python, SQL, Teradata, Hadoop, Access, Excel, etc.
Communicate analyses through compelling presentations to stakeholders.
Solve problems, disaggregate issues, develop hypotheses and actionable recommendations.
Prepare and facilitate workshops with clients and team members.
Manage stakeholders and communicate with executives.
Coach and mentor team members.
