Job summary

Vidaa is seeking a Product Manager to own the payments, checkout and subscriptions layer across its VIDAA platform. You will shape how European customers discover, buy, and manage renewals for standalone subscriptions and bundles directly on smart TVs and companion devices.

You will own the backlog end‑to‑end, work with engineering, UX/UI, operations and business stakeholders, and drive KPI success, including conversion, ARPU and churn, while ensuring PSD2/SCA and 3DS compliance and a smooth

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product management, with at least 2 years owning payments/checkout/subscription products end to end.
• Experience shipping a payments or commerce feature to production in a regulated market (EU/UK preferred).
• Experience in cross‑functional teams with engineering, UX/UI, operations and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for payments, checkout, subscriptions and billing across VIDAA’s consumer services.
• Write clear PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Map end‑to‑end flows and edge cases like failed payments, expired cards, or device handoffs.
• Collaborate with PSP partners to launch and optimize payment methods per market.
• Design recurring billing journeys including trials, renewals, proration, dunning and updates.
• Shape catalog, pricing, bundles and promotions for subscriptions and bundles.
• Define KPIs and track conversion, ARPU, churn, LTV, and payment recovery; run A/B tests.
