ING’s Transaction Services business line provides Wholesale Banking products and services to corporate and institutional clients. Product Management PCM develops Payments & Cash Management capabilities and products that support business growth, client needs and sustainable income.

Задачи:

• Manage the day-to-day product performance and P&L of the assigned portfolio.
• Define and drive capabilities, propositions and the operating model for an emerging digital asset ecosystem.
• Translate strategic direction, market developments, regulatory requirements and client operating models into product requirements, business cases and delivery priorities.
• Identify how payments, liquidity management, settlement and asset servicing processes can be supported or improved in a digital asset environment.
• Define product requirements and coordinate delivery across Technology, Operations and Delivery Management.
• Manage product governance, product approval processes and non-financial risks with Risk, Compliance and Legal.
• Support commercialization, product performance and ongoing enhancement of the product proposition.
• Support existing Payments & Cash Management solutions for clients active in the digital assets ecosystem, including proposition and risk appetite development, commercial management and client engagement.
• Own the product strategy, proposition, roadmap and commercial performance of the assigned product area.
• Translate strategic choices into executable product requirements and priorities.
• Assess market, client operating model and regulatory developments and their impact on product capabilities.
• Build relationships across Sales, Coverage, Operations, Technology and Control Functions.
• Ensure products remain within ING's risk appetite and comply with applicable regulations and policies.
• Bridge current Transaction Banking client needs and emerging digital asset developments through practical product evolution.
• Align with Delivery Management and ensure successful delivery of product requirements.
• Translate business needs and strategic product priorities into clear requirements for delivery teams.
• Share responsibility for secure, stable and scalable product operations.

Требования:

• Bachelor's or master's degree.
• Relevant experience in Transaction Banking, Payments, Cash Management, Financial Market Infrastructure, Digital Assets or a related field.
• Experience in product management, proposition development, strategy execution or delivery of complex initiatives.
• Ability to translate strategic direction and market developments into product capabilities, requirements and delivery priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across complex organizations.
• Commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to simplify ambiguity and structure decision-making.
• Interest in digital money, tokenization, wallet capabilities and market infrastructures.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Nice to have: Experience with Digital Assets, Tokenization, Stablecoins or DLT-based market infrastructure, experience in Wholesale Banking, Financial Institutions or Payments, experience with product approval, regulatory change, requirements definition or technology delivery.
