Job summary

enviolo in Amsterdam, NL is seeking a Product Manager Mechanics to shape the CVP gear hub and motor integration roadmap. You will anchor customer and product requirements, coordinating with engineering, program management, and sales to ensure successful outcomes.

You will own Phase 0 of development, guide phases 1–4, and lead internal communications when new mechanical products launch, while aligning with partnerships and industry trends for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product-related experience in high-growth companies.
• Proven experience developing complex mechanical products for bicycles.
• Data-driven decision making for day-to-day management and strategic trade-offs.
• Experience working with physical mechanical components and e-bike workshops.
• Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Product Roadmap & Strategy: develop multi-year roadmap for OEMs, retailers, and cyclists using enviolo products.
• Industry & Partner Intelligence: lead drivetrain integration partnerships and maintain compatibility docs.
• Commercial & Cross-Functional Collaboration: provide technical sales support and collaborate with BD, Eng, QA to launch products.
