You’ll collaborate across data, engineering and operations, translate insights into impactful customer journeys, and drive improvements in the Dutch collections domain.

Based in Amsterdam/Leeuwarden with bi-weekly travel, you’ll apply agile methods, prioritize customer needs, and influence behavior through data‑driven decisions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional knowledge and track record in customer experience in digital services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a diverse team to gather customer insights and drive innovative propositions and process enhancements for Collections NL.
