Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Technical Product Owner for the Experience & Engineering team in the Netherlands, working in a hybrid setup across Amsterdam/Rotterdam. You bridge client goals with cross-functional teams to deliver fast, sustainable digital experiences and explore new propositions based on data analyses.

You’ll engage with stakeholders, draft agile stories, help prioritize backlogs, and collaborate with QA on acceptance testing.

Qualifications

5+ years in a digital agency or client-facing environment.
Strong communication and business writing skills.
Advanced knowledge of project management and agile methodologies.
Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
Ability to interact with executives, creatives, engineers and vendors.
Proactive collaboration and organization skills.

Responsibilities

Contribute to project scope, objectives and technical feasibility with stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to solution, develop and implement digital projects.
Define and document client business functions and processes; spot opportunities.
Identify and report common technical issues; advise product teams.
Improve monitoring and deliver better value to customers.
Define requirements and write/update agile stories; support backlog prioritization.
Participate in test case definition and user acceptance testing with QA.
