You will shape how security is built into our ecommerce platform and engineering organisation, partnering with engineers, architects, and product teams to solve complex problems and raise security capability.

You will lead security standards, threat modelling, and the adoption of secure-by-design practices, including AI security, while mentoring Security Champions and embedding automation to improve

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Security, Application Security, or Security Engineering.
• Deep technical knowledge of application and API security.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and secure SDLC.
• Experience embedding security controls into engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define security principles, standards, patterns, and guardrails for engineers.
• Lead threat modelling and security architecture reviews for key products.
• Shape strategic security direction across the platform and engineering teams.
• Develop meaningful Product Security metrics to drive posture improvements.
