Job summary

Mitsubishi Motors Europe seeks a hands-on Product Manager to coordinate the full lifecycle of vehicle models across Europe, from ideation and development through launch, maturity and phase-out. You will work at the intersection of market insight, product coordination and execution, preparing inputs and recommendations for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Product Lifecycle Coordination: Prepare, coordinate and maintain lifecycle activities, ensuring specifications, timing and deliverables are aligned with agreed product and business priorities.
• Market, Customer & Competitor Insights: Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity, translating insights into clear recommendations for product positioning and lifecycle actions.
• Business Case Support: Prepare and maintain business case inputs, assumptions and supporting analyses to enable informed decision-making.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, IT and regional markets to ensure smooth execution in a complex international environment.
• Product Data & IT Systems: Maintain product data, documentation and configurations in relevant IT systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely updates throughout the lifecycle.
• Launch & Post-Launch Support: Support go-to-market execution, track performance, validate assumptions and propose improvements where needed.

About the role :

As Product Manager, you coordinate and support the full lifecycle of vehicle models across European markets — from early ideation and development through launch, maturity and phase-out. You work at the intersection of market insight, product coordination and execution, preparing inputs and recommendations that support product and business decisions made by senior product leadership.

You collaborate closely with international and cross-functional teams and play a key role in keeping product data, documentation and systems accurate, consistent and up to date. This role combines analytical thinking with hands-on operational work and is well suited to someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and learning by doing.

What you will do:
