Job summary

Mitsubishi Motors Europe seeks a hands-on Product Manager to coordinate the full lifecycle of vehicle models across Europe, from ideation and development through launch, maturity and phase-out. You will work at the intersection of market insight, product coordination and execution, preparing inputs and recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education.
• Several years of experience in product management, product coordination or a comparable role.
• Strong ability to work with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a practical, execution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable combining analysis with hands-on operational and system-related tasks.
• Strong digital skills and a practical interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency and insight.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex and sometimes ambiguous environments.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Product Lifecycle Coordination: Prepare, coordinate and maintain lifecycle activities, ensuring specifications, timing and deliverables are aligned with agreed product and business priorities.
• Market, Customer & Competitor Insights: Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity, translating insights into clear recommendations for product positioning and lifecycle actions.
• Business Case Support: Prepare and maintain business case inputs, assumptions and supporting analyses to enable informed decision-making.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, IT and regional markets to ensure smooth execution in a complex international environment.
• Product Data & IT Systems: Maintain product data, documentation and configurations in relevant IT systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely updates throughout the lifecycle.
• Launch & Post-Launch Support: Support go-to-market execution, track performance, validate assumptions and propose improvements where needed.
