Job summary

Apacer Technology Inc. in Eindhoven seeks a Product Manager to bridge sales, engineering, and customers across Europe with Asia HQ.

You’ll translate market needs into clear product specifications, price considerations, and roadmaps, while supporting regional opportunities and new customer requests. You will collaborate daily with HQ in Asia and the European sales team, manage NPI and EOL processes, monitor market trends, and deliver product training and documentation to support the sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (HBO) or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Technical Sales, Purchasing, or a similar commercial-technical environment.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Interest in technology, hardware, industrial systems, electronics, or related products.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to requests.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset and willingness to take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary product contact for the EMEA sales organization.
• Advise sales teams on product selection, specifications, pricing, and product positioning.
• Support custom projects and major customer opportunities.
• Coordinate with HQ regarding product availability, lead times, forecasts, and supply planning.
• Manage New Product Introductions (NPI), Product Change Notifications (PCN), and End-of-Life (EOL) processes.
• Monitor market developments, customer requirements, and regulatory changes.
• Translate technical and commercial requirements into actionable input for HQ engineering teams.
• Create product documentation, training materials, and deliver internal product training sessions.
• Contribute to the regional product strategy by identifying opportunities and gaps in the European market

As Product Manager for Apacer in Eindhoven, you'll be the trusted advisor to the sales team on everything product-related, from technical specifications and pricing to product availability and new opportunities. Working closely with colleagues across Europe and HQ in Asia, you'll help shape the success of a diverse and innovative product portfolio. Sounds like a role that fits you?

As Product Manager, you are the product expert supporting the regional sales team throughout the entire product lifecycle. Whether it concerns technical specifications, pricing questions, product availability, environmental regulations, or new customer requests, you are the first point of contact for sales colleagues.

You work closely with HQ on a daily basis, acting as the bridge between the European market and engineering teams in Asia. You translate customer requirements into clear product specifications, provide market feedback, and help ensure products, pricing, and roadmaps align with regional needs.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who combines strong communication skills with a genuine interest in technology. You don't necessarily need an engineering degree or extensive Product Management experience, but you should feel comfortable working with technical products and be eager to learn. You bring:

• A 'Bachelor's degree (HBO) or equivalent level of education.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Technical Sales, Purchasing, or a similar commercial-technical environment.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• An interest in technology, hardware, industrial systems, electronics, or related products.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.
