At IPP, product management is about creating measurable impact — for customers, partners and future generations.
As Product Manager, you will take full ownership of IPP’s pooling products and services and play a key role in shaping the future of sustainable, circular logistics.
You will define and drive the product vision, roadmap and lifecycle of our pooling solutions — from physical load carriers such as pallets, crates and boxes to digital platforms and shared infrastructure models. Working at the intersection of strategy, operations and commercial execution, you ensure our products deliver real customer value, operational excellence and sustainable growth.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and offers significant influence across the organisation.

- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in complex, fast‑moving organisations.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder sensitivity, from shop floor to boardroom.
Nice to have
