Job summary

Riverty in Amsterdam or Berlin is seeking a Product Management Lead to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our risk decisioning platform, powering real‑time credit and fraud decisions across European payments and credit products.

You will report to the Platform Product Lead and collaborate with risk strategy, risk analytics, engineering, and cross‑domain product teams to drive modernization and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product leadership experience in risk, credit, or financial services.
• Strong domain expertise in credit risk, fraud prevention, or lending operations.
• Working knowledge of consumer credit regulation.
• Experience building and leading product teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for our risk decisioning platform, turning demand from risk, commercial, and technology teams into a clear, prioritized plan.
• Lead and grow a team of product managers, while building a culture of strong risk domain expertise.
• Drive platform stability, modernization, and scalability, managing technical debt and infrastructure improvements along the way.
• Decide how business and regulatory requirements translate into technical designs and service commitments.
• Own intake and prioritization for new requests, making transparent trade‑off calls and escalating where needed.
• Keep stakeholders aligned through regular communication and reporting, and ensure the platform meets upcoming regulatory deadlines.
