Job summary

Riverty in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Product Leader to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Riverty's risk decisioning platform. You will collaborate with risk, analytics, engineering and product teams across domains to drive real-time credit and fraud decisions.

You will lead a team of product managers, translate business and regulatory needs into scalable technical designs, and ensure platform modernization and regulatory deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product leadership in risk, credit, or financial services.
• Domain expertise in credit risk, fraud prevention, or lending operations.
• Working knowledge of consumer credit regulation shaping product decisions.
• Experience building and leading product teams toward a scalable, modernized platform.
• Excellent stakeholder management; translate priorities into a clear roadmap.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Riverty's risk decisioning platform, turning demand into a prioritized plan.
• Lead and grow a team of product managers and build a culture of risk domain expertise.
• Drive platform stability, modernization, and scalability, addressing technical debt and infra improvements.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical designs and service commitments.
• Own intake and prioritization for new requests with transparent trade-offs.
• Keep stakeholders aligned through regular communication and ensure regulatory deadlines are met.
