Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management with leadership experience.
• Experience hiring, managing, and developing product managers and building a growth culture.
• Analytical, metrics-driven decision-making with P&L ownership mindset.
• Solid understanding of machine learning, AI, and data-science concepts; able to collaborate with data teams.
• Clear, confident communicator across technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders globally.

Responsibilities

• Drive Commercial Excellence: formulate and execute a strategic vision, balance pricing, revenue, and costs to enable responsible growth.
• Lead & Develop Senior Talent: direct, coach, and elevate a team of product managers within the group.
• Architect Smart Trade-offs: define clear use cases with engineering and partners; decide when to deploy AI/ML vs operational solutions.
• Pragmatic Regulatory Strategy: act as product authority, align with Compliance and Regulatory teams with a pragmatic business lens.
• Lead Through Friction: align with Engineering, Commercial, Risk, and Ops; uphold prioritization discipline and trade-offs, even when saying no.
