Qualifications

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with customers.
  • Willingness to travel to support customer sites.

Job Summary:

As a Product Engineer, you manages Supermicro liquid cooling systems development, reviews product design and specification, controls product schedule, and ensures time-to-market product launch and on-time delivery. You will have the capability to work together with a variety of departments and teams throughout the company to enable and develop application-optimized products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead on-site installation, commissioning, and deployment of liquid cooling systems (CDUs, Cooling Towers, L2A Sidecars, and RDHX) at customer facilities.
  • Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution for deployed cooling solutions to ensure high uptime and performance.
