Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Product Engineer for Liquid Cooling Solutions to lead on-site installation, commissioning, and deployment of advanced cooling systems at customer facilities. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure timely launches, high uptime, and optimized thermal performance.

The role requires hands-on experience with liquid cooling deployment, diagnostics, and a strong customer-focus mindset, with travel to site as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience in liquid cooling system installation, service, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Strong deployment and optimization of thermal management solutions.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and interest in IoT/AI applications for field service.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate with customers.
• Willingness to travel to support customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installation, commissioning, and deployment of liquid cooling systems at customer facilities.
• Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution for deployed cooling solutions.
• Perform system maintenance, optimization, and performance tuning for energy efficiency and reliability.
• Create and maintain service documentation, installation guides, and training materials.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback from field installations and service activities to drive improvements.
• Develop and implement advanced diagnostic tools and predictive maintenance using IoT and AI.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to support deployments, provide training, and resolve issues.
