Picnic designs and operates a grocery shopping platform serving customers in The Netherlands, Germany, and France. Its consumer mobile app supports the daily shopping experience for hundreds of thousands of people.

• Own the design of new features from beginning to end
• Sharpen project briefs based on explorative research with UX researchers and product owners
• Build low- and high-fidelity prototypes for weekly testing and evaluation with real users
• Document final interaction and UI design requirements to brief and support developers during development
• Support the development and maintenance of design libraries and systems
• Explore new ideas to initiate projects and improvements

Требования:

• Completed degree in a relevant design field, such as CMD, UX, Interaction, or Product Design
• 0–3 Years of experience as a UX designer
• Portfolio with user-centered design cases demonstrating problem-solving capabilities
• Hands-on experience in exploratory research to discover and define user problems from scratch
• Strong curiosity about understanding customers
• Proficiency in Figma and ability to create high-fidelity designs aligned with a design system
• Collaborative, low-ego mindset
• Fluent English
• EU work permit
• Open to working on-site full-time
