Picnic is reinventing grocery shopping through a simple, sustainable, and delightful experience, helping people plan meals and enjoy fresh food at home through its grocery app.

Задачи

• Own end-to-end design from initial insight to shipped features;
• Collaborate with product owners and UX researchers to turn unclear problems into clear design directions;
• Use exploratory research to ground design decisions in customer needs;
• Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes;
• Evaluate prototypes with real customers weekly;
• Document final interaction and UI design requirements for developers;
• Support developers during implementation and ensure the experience is delivered as intended;
• Contribute to Picnic's design system and shared libraries;
• Explore new design ideas continuously.

Требования

• Hold a degree in a relevant design field such as CMD, UX, Interaction, or Product Design;
• Have 3–6 years of experience as a Product Designer in a fast-paced digital environment;
• Have a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and solving real problems for people at scale;
• Be fluent in Figma and rapid prototyping;
• Have a low-ego, collaborative approach to building solutions;
• Be comfortable with ambiguity, able to ask the right questions, form a point of view, and drive toward a direction independently;
• Be curious about AI as a design-process tool and as a feature shaping products;
• Have strong communication skills and be able to present work, explain decisions, and engage stakeholders at all levels;
• Be fluent in English.
