Picnic operates in grocery retail, creating digital shopping experiences that make grocery shopping effortless and accessible through the web.

Задачи

• Own end-to-end design from the first insight to shipped features;
• Collaborate with product owners and UX researchers to turn ambiguous problems into clear design directions;
• Apply responsive layouts, browser-native patterns, and accessibility standards across desktop and mobile web;
• Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes for weekly evaluation with real customers;
• Document interaction and UI design requirements for developers and support implementation;
• Contribute to Picnic's design system and shared libraries;
• Explore new design ideas and continuously improve the product experience.

Требования

• Degree in a relevant design field such as CMD, UX, Interaction, or Product Design;
• 3–6 Years of experience as a Product Designer in a fast-paced digital environment;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and solutions to real problems at scale;
• Fluency in Figma and rapid prototyping;
• Collaborative, low-ego approach to building solutions;
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to drive toward a direction independently;
• Curiosity about AI as a design tool and as a product feature;
• Strong communication skills for presenting work, explaining decisions, and engaging stakeholders at all levels;
• Fluent English.
