Описание:

The company runs a company bike leasing business, handling leasing, a dealer network and service for employers offering lease bikes to their employees. Its programme serves more than 600,000 employees at around 65,000 companies and is supported by 8,000 partner dealers. The business operates across several European markets and is expanding across Europe and the USA.

Задачи:

• Redesign complex leasing, employer and dealer processes into simpler flows
• Set the product design standard for the shared platform and apply it across brands and markets
• Work with engineers and product managers to propose solutions, gather feedback from country teams and launch each part of the platform
• Bring senior product and business stakeholders together around clear design decisions
• Lay the foundations for a design function that will grow as the platform scales

Требования:

• Senior product design experience on complex B2B, platform, operational or multi-market products, with case studies showing processes simplified rather than just screens restyled
• Strong systems thinking, with the ability to design a product’s structure, flows and information architecture end to end
• Hands-on approach and willingness to do the design work personally
• Confidence with senior leadership and a track record of influencing product direction in a large, multi-brand organisation
• Analytical, evidence-led approach, backing proposals with data and research
• Comfort with ambiguity, legacy systems and organisational change
• Fluent English
