Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape experiences for restaurant and grocery partners. You will design end-to-end B2B/B2E interfaces, contribute to our design system, and collaborate with research, product, and marketing partners to define scalable patterns across the journey.

You will apply system thinking, produce high-fidelity prototypes, and leverage AI tools to accelerate design and delivery in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end responsive web experiences for B2B/B2E tools, including admin and reporting interfaces.
• Maintain design quality as a steward of the key B2B product, ensuring consistency and tradeoffs are clear.
• Contribute to scalable design patterns and reusable UI across journeys.
• Collaborate with design system team to evolve reusable components and patterns.
• Partner with marketing to shape visual language and patterns.
• Work with User Researchers to translate insights into validated solutions.
• Inspire teams with design visions and socialize them with stakeholders.
• Use high-fidelity prototypes to test ideas and drive decision-making.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and production.

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the experience for our restaurant and grocery partners.

• Design end-to-end responsive web experiences across B2B/B2E tools - including administration/management interfaces, financial reporting tools
• Act as the design quality steward for our key B2B product: maintaining consistency, naming quality tradeoffs, reviewing work, and making sure what we ship is what we stand behind
• Apply strong system thinking to define scalable design patterns and logic, and interactions to ensure consistency across the end-to-end journey.
• Contribute actively to our design system - you won't be building it from scratch, but you'll use it with depth, challenge it when it doesn't serve users, and propose improvements that scale and define reusable patterns, in tandem with our design system team.
• Collaborate with partner marketing team to shape the visual language and advocating the language and patterns
• Partner with User Research: Collaborate closely with User Researchers to frame problem spaces, plan discovery, and translate partner insights into validated, high-impact product solutions.
• Partner with Product managers to inspire teams with clear design visions, and socialise that vision with stakeholders to build momentum and support
• Navigate ambiguity through making - use high-fidelity prototypes as arguments, not presentations; give the team something real to react to and commit to
• Leverage AI tools confidently in your design workflow - whether for exploration, prototyping, synthesis, or accelerating production
• Develop others through feedback and mentoring; there's also a voluntary coaching opportunity available within the wider JET design community for those who want it

• Proven experience designing complex, operational or data-rich B2B, or B2E tools, with the curiosity to quickly learn new business domains and user workflows.
• Strong UX/UI fundamentals, with expertise in applying, challenging, and expanding established design systems through reusable interaction patterns.
• Holistic systems thinking and journey design skills, connecting front-end user touchpoints with back-end operational workflows across the end-to-end ecosystem.
• Empathy for diverse users, with the ability to build a solid understanding of varying user needs and adapt design patterns rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
• Strong collaborator who aligns design teams and product domains to deliver a unified partner experience while bridging technical and non-technical conversations.
• Self-driven ability to navigate ambiguity, establish clear design direction, and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Evidence of leveraging modern AI tools as a force multiplier to rapidly iterate, prototype, and bridge strategy with execution.
• Strong collaborator who aligns design teams and product domains to deliver a unified partner experience while bridging technical and non-technical conversations.
