Job summary

Riverty в Амстердаме ищет опытного UX/UI дизайнера для разработки и улучшения цифровых продуктов. Ваша задача — исследование пользователей, создание прототипов и тесное сотрудничество с менеджерами продуктов и инженерами.

Вы будете работать в гибридном формате: офис два раза в неделю, многонациональная команда, акцент на доступность (WCAG) и качественный пользовательский опыт.

Опыт работы с Figma обязателен; желателен опыт в финтех продуктах, понимание бизнес-целей и процессов разработки.

Qualifications

• Проведение исследований пользователей для выявления потребностей и перевода их в понятные дизайн-решения.
• Опыт ведения дизайн- дизайна от идеи до реализации с учётом бизнес-задач и технических ограничений.
• Умение создавать вайрфреймы, прототипы и высокодетализированные дизайны с использованием Figma.
• Умение эффективно сотрудничать с продакт-менеджерами, инженерами и стейкхолдерами для внедрения инноваций и качественного UX.
• Сильное понимание принципов взаимодействия, информационной архитектуры и лучших практик удобства использования, включая доступность WCAG.

Responsibilities

• Проводить исследования пользователей и выявлять потребности для создания интуитивных дизайн-решений.
• Руки в дизайн-процесс: от концепции к финальной реализации, соответствующая бизнес-целям и ТЗ.
• Создавать wireframes, прототипы и высокодетализированные дизайны в Figma.
• Сотрудничать с кросс-функциональными командами (PM, инженеры, стейкхолдеры) для инноваций и качества UX.
• Внедрять дизайн-систему через высококачественные UI-компоненты и сохранять ориентир на пользователя.

• Gathering and analyzing information needed to produce and motivate a certain design.
• Producing artefacts through research & analyzing insights - end-to-end flows to guide users smoothly through a product or service, wireframes, and prototypes to test and improve the functionality and experience of a product.
• Validating the effectiveness of a design by ensuring it fulfills its intended objectives.
• Analyzing user feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve the user experience.
• Leveraging and contributing to the design system with high-fidelity designs and UI components Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners in Product and Tech and your Manager, ensuring alignment with business initiatives.
• Advocating and being a voice for our customers, promoting a strong design culture, and fostering a human-centric mindset.

• Proficient in conducting user research, identifying user needs, and translating them into intuitive and impactful design solutions.
• Experienced in leading end-to-end product design processes, from concept ideation to final implementation, while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical constraints.
• Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to drive product innovation and deliver exceptional user experiences in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices, with a focus on creating seamless user flows and intuitive interfaces.

• Experience partnering with multiple designers and stakeholders to achieve goals across complex product ecosystems
• Experience with financial services or fintech products

Условия

We work in a regionally-distributed-hybrid setup with twice a week expectation in the office, with occasional travel to meet up physically for team huddles or cross-functional workshops.
