Blinqx in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Product Manager to shape an AI-first platform for thousands of advisers. You will translate vision into a concrete 0-to-1 plan, identify the first target group, modules, and customers, and define success metrics from day one.

Join a small, senior team with direct access to the CPO and leadership. You will own discovery, pricing transitions to usage-based models, and foster a product-led culture, with hybrid work and a strong focus on customer

Qualifications

• 6+ years of PM experience in B2B SaaS.
• Took a product from 0 to 1 to paying customers.
• Built and launched AI or agentic products.
• Product-led mindset: onboarding, activation, adoption.
• Owns discovery with customer conversations and office visits.
• Uses AI tools for research, specs, prototyping, or analysis.
• Supports pricing decisions with numbers and business cases.
• Demonstrated team-building with engineers and designers.
• Dutch fluency; English as working language; Amsterdam base; hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Define pricing with sales/finance, shifting from seats to usage-based pricing.
• Help build the team: operating rhythms, rituals, and platform-team culture.
• Ensure sales, customer success, and support readiness when features go live.

Thousands of mortgage and insurance advisers work in our software every day. Now we are building the platform they will work in for the next ten years: from a blank sheet, AI-first, with a small team that looks more like an internal start-up than a department. You decide what that platform becomes, who it is for first, and what we consciously do not build.

You translate the product vision into a concrete 0-to-1 plan: the first target group, the first modules, the first customers, and the path beyond that. You design the platform to be product-led: self-service onboarding, starting small, and only unlocking more when the customer is ready. You decide where AI and agents genuinely take work off an adviser's hands, and where they do not. You oversee the migration path: which functionality from existing products we reuse through the MCP layer and what we build again. You set up discovery with a regular group of advisers and offices who follow along as we build. You define what success means for each module and build measurement in from the first release, not afterwards. You work with sales and finance on the pricing model, including the shift from seats to usage-based pricing. You help build the team: its way of working, rituals, and the culture of the platform team. You ensure that sales, customer success, and support are ready when something goes live.

At least 6 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS. You have demonstrably taken a product from 0 to 1: from the first idea to paying customers, and you stayed long enough to see the results of your choices. You have built and launched AI or agentic products. You know what a model can and cannot do reliably, and how to measure that. You think product-led: onboarding, activation, and adoption are product questions for you, not support questions. You do discovery yourself: you schedule your own customer conversations and sit down with offices. You use AI tools every day for research, specifications, prototyping, or analysis, and build a clickable prototype yourself if that is faster than explaining. You support decisions with numbers: usage data, business cases, and pricing. You are a team builder: you have previously established a way of working with engineers and design that lasted when you were no longer there. You speak and write Dutch fluently. English is the group's working language. Your base is Amsterdam. We work hybrid, with most of the time spent in the office. You have a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
