Job summary

Partner Company is seeking an experienced Product Designer – Creative Editor based in Europe to own a core area of the editing platform. You will shape how users create, edit, and export content across ads, images, video, email, and display, partnering with Product and Engineering to ship features and improve workflows.

You will contribute to a growing design system, conduct user research, and drive rapid iteration to enhance usability and product impact in an AI-powered advertising environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally SaaS or complex workflows.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design thinking for creation workflows, speed and usability.
• Builder mindset with interest in AI-powered tools.
• Excellent interaction and visual design skills; keep complex tools intuitive.
• Able to work autonomously with solid product judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own a core area of the editing platform from concept to final interface.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ship features that improve content generation and export.
• Design production-ready editing experiences that speed up creative workflows.
• Expand capabilities across ad images video email and display formats.
• Create AI-powered workflows that are clear, useful, and trustworthy.
• Work with engineers during implementation to refine quality and experience.
• Conduct user research to identify problems and validate solutions.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system as the product scales.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and rapid iteration.
• Optimize the end-to-end workflow from idea to final asset for speed and usability.
