Job summary

You’ll lead descriptive and diagnostic analyses, build dashboards, and apply advanced analytics for segmentation and predictive insights, while championing a data-driven culture across product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary product teams in a digital environment is a plus.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and statistical or causal analysis.

Responsibilities

• Uncover user and customer insights through descriptive and diagnostic analysis.
• Identify trends and patterns and turn them into reports and dashboards for business decisions and strategic planning.
• Apply advanced analytics to improve predictive capability and user segmentation.
• Lead A/B testing and experiments, applying the scientific method and deep-dive analyses.
• Define tagging plans and measure impact of site, campaigns, and user behavior with Product, UX, and Marketing.
• Strengthen the data-driven culture within product teams.
• Track SEO share-of-voice by brand/model; build dashboards on inventory depth vs ranking and evaluate SEO experiments.
