Job summary

ASML in the Netherlands is offering a bachelor’s or master’s internship in Master Data & Order Execution. You will support daily procurement-to-pay activities, ensure data accuracy across systems, and help organize recurring meetings with stakeholders.

You’ll work on maintaining data, monitoring workflows, and creating reports for performance tracking under supervision, with a strong data-driven environment and on-site focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's student in a related field (supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration).
• Interest in end-to-end supply chain processes and operations.
• Interest in enterprise systems such as SAP (experience is a plus, not required).
• Comfort using structured data in Excel.
• Clear English communication and collaboration in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational activities within procure-to-pay processes, from request to payment.
• Maintain accurate and complete data to enable reliable downstream processing.
• Monitor workflows and resolve deviations to keep operations on track.
• Prepare meeting materials and collect structured input from stakeholders.
• Capture key decisions and actions during meetings and ensure follow-up.
• Maintain and improve operational documentation and work instructions.
• Create clear reports to support performance tracking and decision-making.
