Job summary

Kraft Heinz Netherlands offers an excellent internship opportunity in Procurement for a Bachelor or Master student. You will own your ideas, work on day-to-day challenges, and engage with senior leadership in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

You will explore day-to-day procurement functions across projects, gain real business experience, and contribute to sourcing, contracting and supplier discussions while developing your skills with tailored trainings.

Qualifications

• Enrollment at a European university for the entire duration of the internship.
• Master's degree or final year of Bachelor's degree preferred in Procurement, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.
• Proficient in Excel; PowerPoint skills expected; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
• EU working rights required (EU Citizenship or studying at a Dutch university).

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis by portfolio.
• Assist buyer financial reports.
• Contact suppliers and support buyer negotiations.
• Assist category leads and buyers with day-to-day tasks (contract management, invoice resolution, PO approvals).
• Exposure to internal/external collaborators, R&D and Food Safety Quality.
• Update and maintain the purchasing database.

The Positions

Every internship at Kraft Heinz Netherlands offers outstanding opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills, gain real business experience, get exposure to senior leadership, and attend tailored trainings. As an intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges.

You will have the opportunity to explore the day-to-day procurement functions and participate in a variety of projects in one of the largest food companies worldwide. Most meaningfully, you will get to showcase your initiatives and receive exposure from the Management team.

• Procurement Indirect: Supporting projects in Indirect procurement particularly for marketing, sales, IT, and sea freight. Support in sourcing, contracting; and ad hoc projects.

Tasks throughout the various roles can include

Qualifications

• You are enrolled at a European university for the entire duration of the internship.
• You are in your Master's degree or you are at the end of your Bachelor's degree: Preferably in Procurement , Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.
• Intermediate Excel skills and strong PowerPoint (presentation) abilities; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
• NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship, or you are studying at a university in the Netherlands)
• Kraft Heinz does not provide a working permit for this internship.
