ASML Germany GmbH is seeking a proactive intern to join the Learning & Development team. You will help design and deliver impactful learning programs in collaboration with the IT & Data Learning team and expert trainers.

You will support onboarding and the Gateway and Architect Excellence programs, helping manage sessions, materials, and feedback loops, while identifying process improvements for better knowledge transfer.

Your assignment

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our Learning & Development team, supporting the design and delivery of impactful learning programs in collaboration with the IT & Data Learning team and expert trainers. As an intern, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution and continuous improvement of several high-visibility learning programs. Your contributions will directly support the development of critical skills and the effective transfer of knowledge across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and execution of learning programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.

• Collaborate with trainers and the IT & Data Learning team to ensure seamless delivery and a high-quality learning experience.

• Monitor and support the onboarding journey for new IT & Data employees through the IT & Data Onboarding Program.

• Contribute to the Gateway Program for graduates by helping manage sessions, materials, and feedback loops.

• Support the IT Architect Excellence Program by coordinating sessions and gathering insights to enhance program effectiveness.

• Identify and suggest improvements to learning processes to optimize knowledge transfer and learner engagement.

• Facilitate learning programs for IT and data employees.

This internship is suitable for a bachelor or master internship. The start date of this assignment is as soon as possible, with a duration of 6-12 months, minimum 4 days per week - wherefrom 50% on-site.

Your profile

To be the a fit for this internship, you:

• Are a bachelor or master student in Communications, HR, Education, Business Administration, Content Creation or something related;

• Have experience with learning design and project management

• Are proficient in English, both written and verbally;

• Have an affinity with IT and the Agile way of working.

• Are pro active, self propelling and precise.

Other requirements you need to meet:

• You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship, and you are at least 18 years old at the start of the internship;
• If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement);
• You attach your cover letter with a clear motivation on why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
• You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your application shows the willingness to relocate.
