Job summary

Unique in Noord-Brabant zoekt een procesoperator voor een 5-ploegendienst die hoogwaardige kunststofkorrels produceert en de productie continu bewaakt. Je stelt aan, bewaakt en optimaliseert installatieparameters en documenteert proces- en kwaliteitsmetingen.

Je werkt veilig en nauwkeurig, draagt bij aan continue verbetering en werkt in een moderne, duurzame productieomgeving met aandacht voor teamwork en ontwikkeling. Je hebt VAPRO B of bent bereid dit te halen; ervaring in productie is een pré.

Qualifications

• Engels beheersing vereist.
• Ervaring in een proces of productieomgeving is gewenst.
• Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan voorop.
• Bereidheid om certificeringen zoals VCA-VOL en BHV te behalen.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen: opzetten, aanpassen en bewaken van productie-installaties voor optimale prestaties.
• Analyseren: documenteren van proces- en kwaliteitsmetingen om hoge standaarden te behouden.
• Identificeren: afwijkingen in het proces herkennen en tijdig corrigeren.
• Ondersteunen: samenwerken tijdens onderhoud en reparaties om stilstand te minimaliseren.
• Verbeteren: voorstellen doen voor procesoptimalisaties en praktische oplossingen.

As an process operator in a 5-shift rotation, you play a key role in producing high-quality plastic granules and keeping our production process running efficiently. Working in a modern and innovative manufacturing environment, you monitor production lines, identify and resolve process deviations, and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance. What You Will Do:

• Operate: set up, adjust, and monitor production installations to ensure optimal performance;
• Analyze: perform and document process and quality measurements to maintain high standards;
• Identify: recognize deviations in the process and take corrective actions promptly;
• Support: collaborate during maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime;
• Improve: contribute ideas for process optimizations and propose practical solutions.

• VAPRO B diploma or willingness to obtain it;
• Experience in a process or production environment;
• Knowledge of handling hazardous materials is a plus;
