Job summary

Rival Foods is seeking a Process Operator to join our production team. You will be the right-hand person to the Production Manager, setting up and running new machines, ensuring consistent quality, and connecting engineering with the production floor.

You will perform maintenance, train Operators, and contribute ideas for improvements while helping build and check production lines, maintaining installations, and supporting production as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience on the factory floor of a production company.
• Experience in food production is a plus.
• Experience with the start-up of new production equipment.

• Connect the Engineering department with the production floor

• Carry out random quality checks on products

As a process operator, you are an important link in our production process and the right-hand person to the Production Manager. You are the first to set up and run production with these new machines, ensuring that they continue to operate and that the quality of our products remains high.
