Job summary

AXIS Career is seeking a dedicated Process Operator to join a modern, automated production environment in the Netherlands. You will operate machinery, monitor processes, and perform light maintenance, with a strong focus on quality, hygiene and safety in a 3-shift schedule.

You will work with colleagues to produce high-quality substrates for mushroom cultivation, record production data, and report irregularities to your supervisor to keep production efficient and compliant.

Qualifications

• MBO Level 3 qualification or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate and monitor automated machinery.

Job description

As a Process Operator, you will work in a modern, automated production environment where you contribute to an efficient and safe production process. You will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and carrying out light maintenance tasks. Together with your team, you will help produce high-quality substrates for mushroom cultivation.You will work in a 3-shift schedule and maintain a strong focus on quality, hygiene, and food safety.

Your responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor automated machinery and production equipment.
• Monitor the production process and identify deviations or technical issues.
• Perform light maintenance tasks and clean machinery according to hygiene standards.
• Work closely with colleagues and the Senior Operator to ensure optimal production performance.
• Record production data and report any irregularities to your supervisor.

Shift Schedule

1. Morning Shift: 06:00 - 14:30
2. Afternoon Shift: 14:00 - 22:30
3. Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:30

We are looking for a motivated Process Operator who works accurately and enjoys collaborating in a modern production environment.

You have

• MBO Level 3 working and thinking level, preferably in a technical field.
• Good physical fitness and willingness to perform physical work.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Full-time availability in a 3-shift schedule.
• An accurate, responsible, and results-oriented approach.
