Job summary

Redefine Meat invites applications for an Operator – Food Production. You will operate, set up and monitor production and packaging lines, perform first-line maintenance and assist with process improvements.

You’ll work closely with Quality, Technical Services, and Logistics to keep lines running safely and efficiently. We value hands-on technicians with a proactive attitude, a safety mindset, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Operator/Technical/Machine/Process Operator in a production environment.
• Strong technical affinity and hands-on experience with machinery.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform first-line maintenance.
• Safety-first mindset with knowledge of food safety/HACCP.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up and monitor one or more production and packaging lines.
• Coordinate activities at your workstation and line to ensure smooth throughput.
• Monitor safety, quality, delivery and production costs.
• Check machine settings and adjust when required.
• Identify and resolve technical disruptions and minor equipment failures.
• Escalate complex issues and support Technical Services.
• Carry out quality checks and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Contribute to root-cause analyses and improvements.
• Train and support colleagues in proper equipment use and procedures.
